Please have the final payment at time of delivery in cash. NOT WHEN WE PICK UP. Tents and Bounce Houses are not available for pick up. We have to deliver and set up ourselves. When picking up your order at our location please bring a photo ID and expect to load the items yourself. If we have time and we are available to help you, we will. If you choose to pick up and your party is on sunday, please pick up on saturday since we are not open sunday. You wont be charge extra. CANCELLATION POLICY: We undertand that plans can change; however, our tents are often reseved weeks in advance. If a tent is cancelled within 7 days of the event, a 30% cancelation fee of the total rental cost will apply. This helps as cover operational costs and the loss of ability for other clients who may have requested the tents.
