Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. The day you book your order & provide a deposit the items are considered out of our inventory for your date and thus made unavailable to other potential customers. This ensures you will have all the items you need on the date you require them. Because of this, the deposit is non-refundable unless you cancel 14 days prior the date of the event. ONLY In case of bad weather, you will have the option to reschedule within one month of the original date to use the same deposit.

You can pick up saturday since we are not open on sundays. Drop off will be monday.
