WE DO NOT SET UP TENTS ON PAVEMENT AND ON DECKS. UNLESS WE CAN STAKE IT TO THE GROUND.
We set up tents the day before the event. We don't set up the same day.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We undertand that plans can change; however, our tents are often reseved weeks in advance. If a tent is cancelled within 7 days of the event, a 30% cancelation fee of the total rental cost will apply. This helps as cover operational costs and the loss of ability for other clients who may have requested the tents.
Important Note
Tents are best suited for setup on grass or soft surfaces. tents may be utilized on blacktop or asphalt, but it will require the use of heavy duty stakes and a stake driver for drilling into the ground. Usage on concrete surfaces is not recommended.
